iCapital is asset management & advisory company with overall responsibility for providing services that enhance the investment climate. iCapital real estate ( ICRE) is a part of iCapital Pvt. Ltd., where we focus on near-term income creation and long- term value generation by acquiring and managing real estate properties as per client request. ICRE provides access to real estate deals reserved for the most prominent investors. iCapital, Real Estate reputation, is based firmly on our philosophy: Accountable, Professional and Transparent, and a new style of real estate. With our strong leadership, passionate mentorship, and research-based innovative culture, we bring the best from our team to our investors. iCapital real estate portfolio consists of many lands across Kathmandu and currently managing many funds.
