Job Description

- Coordination with Agents to identify the property.
- Prepare and document the results of field visit and surveys.
- Facilitate to frequent land visits, site inspections and prepare subsequent comments.
- Prepare report and propose the suitable and required properties to the clients.
- Preparation of all data, plots image, Google map location and required documents related to surveys.
- Managing projects from start to finish.
- Working in diverse sectors, such as construction, legal work and visits, plotting, housing, etc.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.

Skills

- Proficient in the use of office software packages ( MS Word, Excel, and Email)
- Possess Motorbike with valid License
- Possess good customer service and marketing skills.
